What will I receive as part of the Just Turkey franchise system?
We will provide approximately 120 hours of pre-opening classroom and on-the-job training. We will also provide on-site pre-opening assistance to you for up to 3 days. As a franchise owner, you will have access to Just Turkey trademarks, recipes, tools and procedures. We’ll present you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run the various aspects of your restaurant properly on a day-to-day basis.
What type of prior experience do I need to have?
Prior experience in the foodservice industry is not required to join the Just Turkey franchise program. We are looking for savvy professionals who are passionate, motivated, and will be dedicated to their business’ growth. In turn, we’ll provide the support franchisees need to run their operations. We do, of course, also expect that franchisees have the right amount of capital to invest in the franchise.
What is the term of the franchise agreement?
The initial term of your franchise agreement is 10 years, with additional 10-year successor terms.
What is the initial franchise fee?
The franchise fee for a single-unit franchise is $ 35,000.00. This fee funds our pre-opening support of your operations, including site selection assistance, initial training, and onsite help.
How much is the initial investment?
The estimated required investment for a single start-up restaurant location ranges between $171,500.00 and $251,500.00, including the franchise fee. As with any new business venture, it’s important that you have the capital needed to adequately fund your new business.
What ongoing fees are paid to Just Turkey Franchising, Inc.?
Franchisees will be required to pay royalties of 5 % of gross sales. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of recipes, procedures, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades.
What about advertising fees?
Franchisees’ will be required to contribute up to 1 % of gross sales to the system marketing fund, and will also be expected to spend 3 % of gross sales toward local advertising. Any collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Just Turkey brand and fund the creative costs to develop any local franchise marketing materials and campaigns.
